Working for two new-home builders in the past has allowed me to become an expert new homes arena by knowing who the central Florida builders are, communities selling new homes, and how the sales process works when you are building. I focus mainly in the northeast and southeast portions of Orlando and neighborhoods in Winter Park, Winter Springs, Oviedo and communities such as Avalon Park, Stoneybrook, and Waterford Lakes.
